Susurrus, as a non profitable organization is a group of artists willing to communicate design values all over the world. Fully respecting the very important heritage they carry from the past, the Greeks try to establish a new cultural identity that will help them overcome the problems caused by depression. Designers hold an essential role in the country’s creative and cultural development, so they choose to lead the way towards the achievement of this new identity.

Following this effort with passion, our lovely partners became an important part of our team. We would like to thank them for their valuable support that makes this cause an exciting journey. Each one contributed from a single call to a whole website from the very beginning of the Crisis project. Thank you.

Irene Sfakianaki

I was born and raised in one of the most beautiful Hellenic islands, my beloved Crete. My childhood is characterized by naughtiness, an adventurous spirit and an unstoppable will to know and explore life. I was dreamed to be a pilot and a vet but finally ended up with a BA in Marketing Management and an MBA in International Management spending two wonderful years in San Diego, California. I loved and enjoyed every field I worked at, such as the Shipping Industry, Business Consultancy, HR, Spa Management, Real Estate, Renewable Sources of Energy, Greek Product Exportation and Tourism. I believe so much in goodness of people and traveling around the world is a way of worthy life for me. I speak fluently English and German and I understand Spanish, Italian and a little bit of French and Turkish. One day can not pass by without searching for ways to create a better environment for me and the people around me. I visualize a world united by love, harmony and inner peace where art, music and writing may be the only ways of living. I do believe that the people who search and travel do live for ever. The Infinite is their world and everything is their co-travellers.
